WWE Smackdown

Pat McAfee has been announced as the new color commentator for Smackdown, joining Michael Cole.

I like Pat a lot, so hopefully will be a good change. Certainly better than the RAW announce team now.

Tonight's show will see Dirty Dawgs defend against Street Profits.

I thought they did pretty well overall. I didn't hate it.

But then I like Pat.

It wasn't as bad as I was expecting, gonna take a lot more than that to make me a fan of McAfee though, lol.

As far as the show brand, I was kinda disappointed they're going with Cesaro to challenge Reigns next.  Was hoping they would build him up a little more before that.  Then again, there's little to no long term planning in WWE booking anymore.

My current guess is that Big E will unseat Reigns eventually.

I remember all the news sites had Big E as Vince's pet project before they switched over to Reigns and the rest was history.
