Warhammer: Chaosbane Konrad Vollen Gameplay – Captain of the Empire

Eko Software have released a new gameplay video for their upcoming hack and slash action-RPG, Warhammer: Chaosbane.

The new class video showcases the warrior Konrad Vollen, Captain of the Empire. Captain Vollen is a melee focused character who can tank. He specializes in brutalizing hordes of enemies up close with melee attacks and area of effect damage.

Vollen can use his shield to knock back enemies and stun them, and he also has the class ability to plant banners that create an area of effect that players can fight in to receive a considerable buff.

Konrad Vollen is aligned to the old god Sigma, patron god of the empire. Making offers to Sigma will grant both passive and active skills to make Vollen even more powerful. His specialty is Bloodlust, which has three tiers of power each represented with a different attack.

Check out the gameplay video below.

Warhammer: Chaosbane is scheduled to release sometime in 2019 on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.

Patriot’s Ponderings: This is looking really good, and as I’ll detail next week in a new series, is one of my most anticipated games of 2019. Konrad Vollen, the warrior, is just one of four classes that will be playable in the game. I really like the looks and abilities of him, so much so that without seeing the others I’m comfortably saying this will probably be the first character I roll with. With that said, I can’t wait to see the other videos breaking down the other three classes.
