It’s a historic night in wrestling as New Japan Pro Wrestling and Ring of Honor become the first wrestling promotion not ran by a McMahon to run the historic Madison Square Garden since 1960. The McMahon WWWF/WWF/WWE stranglehold over the “world’s most famous arena” ends tonight with the G1 Supercard, and event that sold out the Garden.

Here’s the card for tonight’s huge cross-branded event:

  • IWGP Heavyweight Championship Match: Jay White (c) vs. Kazuchika Okada
  • ROH Championship Ladder Match: Jay Lethal (c) vs. Marty Scurll vs. Matt Taven
  • IWGP Intercontinental Championship: Tetsua Naito (c) vs. Kota Ibushi
  • British Heavyweight Championship: Zack Sabre Jr. (c) vs. Hiroshi Tanahashi
  • IWGP & ROH Tag Team Championships Match: Guerrillas of Destiny (c) vs. PCO and Brody King (c) vs. Evil and Sanada vs. The Briscoe Brothers
  • IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Championship Match: Taiji Ishimori (c) vs. Dragon Lee vs. Bandido
  • New York City Street Fight: Juice Robinson vs. Bully Ray
  • Women of Honor Championship Match: Mayu Iwatani (c) vs. Kelly Klein
  • Rush vs. Dalton Castle
  • NEVER Openweight Championship & ROH TV Championship Match: Will Ospreay (c) vs. Jeff Cobb (c)

NJPW/ROH G1 Supercard Live from Madison Square Garden airs tonight at 6:30pm CT on pay-per-view, the ROH Honor Club, and Fite.TV.
