A&E Wrestler Biographies
The new WWE Biography documentary series on A&E has so far been pretty good with Austin and Piper.
This Sunday's is Macho Man.
Glad to see these again. As a kid in the Attitude Era, I enjoyed the old A&E wrestling biographies that they would do and also the generic ones like the Untold Story of Wrestling.
It's kinda sad though the product has gotten so bad that I'd much prefer watching these biographies or the various documentary stuff released on the Network over the actual wrestling shows.
I need to check these out. Heard great things about the Piper and Austin episodes, but heard the Macho Man one was a bit of a hit piece on him. Can't comment on that without seeing it but very weird if true.
Watched the Macho Man one last night.
It had its moments where they seemingly went out of their way to make it look like he was controlling/abusive to Elizabeth and living the gimmick too much.
Gorgeous George didn't make him look too good either.
