Tonight, WWE Smackdown comes to Keybank Center in Buffalo, NY.

Yesterday, WWE presented Crown Jewel from Saudi Arabia. In the main event, The Fiend defeated Seth Rollins to become the new Universal Champion. That’s right, a Smackdown star has taken RAW’s title and is bringing it to Smackdown. Tonight, Bray Wyatt will be the special guest on MizTV.

Speaking of Saudi Arabia, tonight’s show could be an interesting one given that the majority of the roster that went to Saudi Arabia are still in the country for unknown reasons and it isn’t certain at this time when they will be allowed to leave.  Some wrestlers were allowed to leave on a different plane, but we don’t know which ones.

WWE is advertising the following tonight:

  • Roman Reigns vs. Baron Corbin – Both men were in Saudi Arabia yesterday, as Roman led Team Hogan to victory over Team Flair (which Corbin was a part of).
  • The Revival defend the Smackdown Tag Team Titles against The New Day – All four men were part of the Tag Team Gauntlet yesterday.
  • Nikki Cross, Carmella and Dana Brooke vs. Bayley, Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville

Brock Lesnar left Saudi Arabia on his own private jet.

Daniel Bryan, Sami Zayn, Drew Gulak, Elias, Matt Hardy, and The Miz are amongst the Smackdown talent that did not travel to Saudi Arabia and would be available for tonight’s show.

It’s possible some NXT talent could appear tonight, especially considering that it was announced yesterday that Survivor Series would be RAW vs. Smackdown vs. NXT.

Smackdown airs tonight at 7pm CT on FOX.
