WWE Hall of Famer and former WWWF Champion Pedro Morales passed away earlier today at the age of 76.

Morales was one of the more popular superstars in the 1970s and the 1980s, after beginning his career in the late 50s.

Pedro was the first wrestler to win the Triple Crown in WWE by winning the WWWF Championship, WWF Intercontinental Championship and the WWF Tag Team Championship.

He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame by Savio Vega in 1995.

Morales had been battling Parkinson’s disease.

On behalf of everyone here at Vortainment, our thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of the late, great Pedro Morales.
