Genshin Impact Will Get Two Updates This Year, Including New Area

Genshin Impact

Genshin Impact has taken the gaming world by storm, and developer miHoYo is doing its best to make sure players continue to play.

The gacha action-rpg is entirely free-to-play and the devs are looking to release version updates every six weeks that will come with their own themed activities.

The first of these updates, Version 1.1, is slated to arrive on Wednesday, November 11th. This update will bring the Unreconciled Stars event.

The second update is scheduled to arrive on December 23rd, and will unveil the Dragonspine area and its related event.

And in February, Version 1.3 should arrive and with it will come the Lantern Rite event series.

Genshin Impact is available on PC, PS4, iOS, and Android.

Smith’s Sentiment: This is certainly good news for the millions of players grinding this game. If you haven’t played it, it’s worth checking out because it is a really good, fun, free-to-play game. A lot players far into it are hitting a wall and getting frustrated by the Resin system. I haven’t gotten to that point yet because I’ve been going slow, mainly because I know I don’t have the time to get into the game the I would like to.

  1. I too have been taking the slow and steady approach. Fun game and one of the better F2P titles
