After the nerf which really gutted my Technomancer's dps, at least without having an optimized setup, I've switched to a Tanknomancer instead.
My damage is crap and I can't solo the high CT stuff and make the time, but I can no longer die either so went from crap damage but dying from being sneezed on to crap damage but unkillable.
With some better gear, currently have 3 blues, I should be able to include some dps mods to try and help in that department.
Now that I'm getting my build properly put together, I'm having a lot more fun.
Thought the game was fun before, but was just frustrating myself because I couldn't advance solo and we weren't grouping up because of the issues.
Now the issues seem to be fixed, and thanks to grouping up last night, this morning I was able to solo Gold a T15. Have gotten more legendaries today than I have the rest of the time I've been playing since launch combined.
Show off 🤣
This seems to be a game people either love or hate.
It had a lot of issues, even more on PC, but everything seems to be running smoothly now.
IMO, it's a fantastic game. I don't know how much longevity it will have. It's not an endless grind that will be continuously played for thousands of hours.
Even right now, my build doesn't include the best gear stats or mods, and on my Technomancer I'm easily getting gold or silver on every T15 that I've done. Do I need better gear? What would be the point, I would just get through a little faster.
Part of its replayability will include getting other classes up to the same level and efficiency. So that'll help it some.
Right now, as I much as I am enjoying it, I already know that come May 11th I won't be spending much time with it. May will be mostly Destiny 2, and then June is when I will hit ESO hard.
Unlike other looters though, I'm definitely happy with my purchase and satisfied with it. They advertised it as a complete game, and that's what it is.
